Tour starts at MiCA 12/v - Located at the corner of 12th St. and Vine St in Cincinnati’s Gateway Quarter of Over-the-Rhine.
Enjoy a stroll through the recently re-invigorated Gateway Quarter section of historic Over-the-Rhine , home to America’s largest intact set of historical landmarks. Hear tales of Cincinnati’s “Murder College,” and learn why Music Hall is one of the most haunted places in the US. Visit buildings that were home to over 130 saloons, bars and beer gardens, and theaters that hosted iconic entertainers Charlie Chaplin and Wild Bill Hickok. Learn how Cincinnati fell under the control of George Bernard “Boss” Cox, one of the most infamous and powerful political bosses in American history. Descend below the city streets to reveal a hidden burial vault and newly discovered tunnels vital to Cincinnati’s brewery heritage.
