Over-the-Rhine Celebrates Holidays with Caroling in the Quarter

Five local choirs will perform Saturday, December 11 at 12th and Vine Streets in Over-the-Rhine.

Celebrate a new Over-the-Rhine tradition with your friends and family this Saturday! A day of holiday tunes, food and drink in OTR.

12 p.m. The Fairview-Clifton German Language School Choir, composed of students in 2nd through 6th grade, will start the event singing carols in German!

1 p.m. Cincinnati Men’s Chorus AcoustiCool, an A Cappela group

2 p.m. School for Creative & Performing Arts Holiday Carolers

3 p.m. Raison D’ Etre

4 p.m. Brian Ewing

5 p.m. Cincinnati Christmas Carolers

Segway Santa will be spreading holiday cheer and there will be delicious food and drinks from Coffee Emporium, Vinny’s Pretzels and Cafe de Wheels. Luminaries will light the streets and your favorite shops will be open.

The official after-pary/happy hour is at Below Zero! Or, if you’re bringing your family, you could end your day by eating dinner at Lavomatic, the Senate or MOTR and then see The Finkle’s at the Know or Cinderella at Ensemble Theatre. You can cap the night off at Lackman, Neon’s or Grammer’s!

It’s the perfect day to get in the holiday spirit.

To help visitors navigate the neighborhood and its many options, itineraries highlighting new holiday traditions, local shopping, events for music lovers and art fanatics and more traditional activities for kids have been developed and are now available by clicking here.

Caroling in the Quarter is presented by the Over-the-Rhine Chamber of Commerce, 3CDC and the OTR/Gateway Quarter Merchants Association.
