New choral opportunity announced: Young Professionals’ Choral Collective of Cincinnati to compete in World Choir Games.
KellyAnn Nelson and Christopher Eanes are pleased to announce the formation of a new choral opportunity in Cincinnati:
The Young Professionals’ Choral Collective of Cincinnati (YPCC), based in Over-the-Rhine, is made up of motivated young professionals (ages 21-40), who are excited to make great choral music, support local businesses, meet new people, and reach new audiences. The artistic directors are choral musicians who live in OTR and are excited to collaborate with local businesses to bring interesting choral music to people in innovative ways. YPCC will compete in the World Choir Games in July 2012.

Our Mission:
To create quality choral music with engaged young professionals as an investment in the City of Cincinnati.
Our Vision:
YPCC will present innovative choral music programs and social opportunities to create vitality in the city of Cincinnati.
· Rehearsals will take place on Tuesday nights at the Cabaret at Below Zero Lounge in OTR. Each rehearsal will be followed by a meal at an OTR establishment.
· Performances will take place during ‘happy hours’ on Tuesday nights in unique OTR & Downtown Cincinnati venues. Cocktails will be served during the informal concerts. First concert is scheduled for 6:30 pm on Tuesday, Feb. 14 at Below Zero Lounge – Sin & Tonic: Lust, Lies, Love & Libations.
· YPCC will engage performers and audiences who live, work, and socialize downtown and are looking for connections to this great city.
· YPCC will connect young, hip audiences to Cincinnati’s great history of choral music performance by presenting quality choral music in unique, informative, and fun ways.
· YPCC will perform at the World Choir Games in July 2012 as a unique showcase of the YP talent and engagement in Cincinnati.
